My 8 year old twins were assigned a book from the what, where or who series. I chose Hurricane Katrina because of where we live, as well as the summer is hurricane season. The book was very informative without scaring the kids about how devastating weather can change an entire area and lives. This was extremely helpful because 2 weeks later our entire area was completely flooded...family and friends were we relocated, lossing homes and most of their lifes possessions. The twins understood the importance of listening, staying calm and preparing when mother nature takes a drastic turn.

This series is great. They are very informative. Great for 4th and 5th graders.

Excellent, as described. Very nice way for young children to learn about Hurricane Katrina.

Very happy with book

Perfect for AR tests for my kids school.

It was a good bookIt was a fun bookIt was a good book to learn new things and awesome

It was all about New Orleans. Nothing about where it landed and that the hurricane wiped out several cities before reaching New Orleans.

Engaging and fun reads with some great strategies for learning within these books!
